If you are having a problem logging in, you have probably shopped as a guest on our site before. To solve this problem, create a Gemology account by clicking on “ACCOUNT” at the top right, then “Create an Account”.
If you already have an account but are being denied access, click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. Also, make sure that the email address you provide is correct and does not contain any mistakes.
Go to “My Account” and click on “Forgot your password? Enter the email address you registered with to receive a new password. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail box.
At any time, you can change your password in “My Account” then “My Personal Information”. Change your password and click on “Save”.

Gemology has created a loyalty program that allows you to receive free products and benefit from promotional offers before they are even offered.

Just create a Gemology customer account (not a guest account)! Registration is automatic and free. Go to https://gemology.com. Click on “My Account” and then on “Create your account”. Your points allow you to win and discover Gemology face and body care products.
When you make purchases on the website, points are automatically awarded to you for each purchase, on all products. Each time you reach a certain level, you will have the opportunity to select the gift of your choice from a selection of Gemology products.

The delivery times, following validation of your order, are as follows:

TOWARDS THE INTERNATIONAL – TNT :
Packages are delivered in 1 to 3 days in Europe, and in 4 to 7 days outside Europe.
These times are communicated as an indication.
Any overtaking could not give place to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the Customer.
PAYMENT
During the ordering process, you will be required to choose from the following payment methods:
Payment by credit card: the credit cards accepted on the site are Carte Bleue, Visa, Master Card.
Payment by PayPal: you will be automatically redirected to the secure PayPal interface.
Payment by bank transfer (IBAN/BIC) in a European Union country: Gemology’s bank details will be communicated to you so that you can make a transfer from your personal bank account.
Payment by bank check (France only): your check, made out in euros, should be sent to Gemology’s headquarters at 19 RUE DES ENTREPRENEURS 78420 CARRIERES-SUR-SEINE, France.
Payment in 3 times without fees: You can pay your order in 3 times without fees and be delivered immediately. This service is available from 150€ of purchase.
Note: if you pay your order by check, you have 10 days to send us your payment. If you pay your order by bank transfer, you have 8 days to send us your payment. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.
Gemology uses a secure payment tool: PAYBOX’s secure payment terminal. Payment security is based on the authentication of the merchant, i.e., Gemology, and on the confidentiality of all data. To ensure this security, the PAYBOX secure payment terminal uses proven cryptographic techniques and complies with the various banking regulations.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with all or part of the order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the products. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used.
The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the order.
The shipping costs related to the return of your products remain at your charge.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of your order. Report your withdrawal concerning an order via your Account or send an email to communication@gemology.com . The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used. Upon receipt of the package, you will be refunded within 14 days.
Send an e-mail with your return request specifying: your Name and First Name, the order number, the reference of the product to return.
Make sure that the returned products are complete in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.

We recommend to use a carrier with tracking service because the products remain under the responsibility of the customer until we receive them in our warehouse. The return costs of any article are at the charge of the customer.

You will have 14 days to test, make a decision and let us know if you decide to return the product. Because everyone has the right to change their decision and it’s free! In case of return, you will have 14 days following the sending of your retraction, to return the product. We will refund 100% of the price of the product purchased, excluding the shipping costs of your order. We take care of the return shipping costs.
